Manpreet qualified as an occupational therapist in 2012 and then completed a Post Graduate Diploma at Coventry University. She has vast experience working with individuals who have a range of physical, emotional, sensory and learning difficulties including, autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, dyspraxia, anxiety and depression.
She is an articulate and highly professional individual who adapts to challenges and always remains client-centred in her approach. Manpreet has a proven ability to devise treatment programs that increase a child’s ability to carry out occupations independently and with more confidence.
She is currently completing training to become a sensory integration practitioner. This builds on the experience and knowledge she has already acquired through her work in the NHS and specialist schools.
Manpreet works with children of all ages and has a wealth of specialist knowledge and skill to draw on during her clinical work. Her expertise covers autism, learning disabilities and sensory needs, helping children to maximise their independence in both a home and education setting. She works collaboratively with families and school staff to set goals and devise effective therapy programmes.
